A Renewed Sense of Self

Our Sense of Self is based on beliefs and experiences from the past which prevent us from living in the present.  When we begin to explore who and what we really are, we find many false beliefs.  As we begin to connect with our True Self, then the false beliefs that sustain our identity begin to fall away.  This is a gradual process of exploring and understanding ourselves at deeper and deeper levels.

Along the way, we have experiences of not quite knowing who we are anymore until our new identity is fully integrated and becomes our new way of being.  Then the journey continues and as other aspects of our identity are released so our Relationship with our Sense of Self becomes stronger, bringing much joy and spontaneity into our lives.

There are a number of ways to have a Renewed Sense of Self.  Throughout 2010 I will be running a series of individual workshops to explore some of these different ways.

A Renewed Sense of Self Workshop

6th March 2.00pm to 5.30pm - £25 (£20 concessions)

We will explore what it means to have a Sense of Self as something separate from our identity.  We will reflect on our existing identities in order to recognise some of our false beliefs.  Through the practise of kriyas and meditation you will be encouraged to release these false beliefs, creating space to receive insights and experiences of your True Sense of Self.

Future 2010 Workshops (dates to be confirmed)
