Kundalini Yoga Level 1
Teacher Training in Brighton
The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, with the Amrit Nam Sarovar School (ANS), is a wonderful adventure in consciousness. Some people begin the training as they wish to become a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, other people want to immerse themselves in a spiritual practise and some people simply love what the experience of the yoga gives them and want to learn and experience more.

The training takes place on an annual basis. The training in Brighton (as part of the Amrit Sarovar School) is facilitated by Ishwara and comprises attendance at five weekends and two separate days in Brighton, a week in France in July and a day of White Tantric Yoga. For the week in France we are joined by all the other students from many other countries who have also completed five weekends with the Amrit Nam Sarovar School and join us for a 'Teachers Festival'. There are usually 150 to 200 students, and teachers from across Europe, creating a very large ashram! Seva (selfless service) including food preparation, dish washing etc. is an integral part of the course, as is attendance at the early morning Sadhana.

Logistics
During the weekends, it is best to either stay very close to the venue or at the venue itself where there is some space for sleeping over in sleeping bags and nearer the time we will organise staying at local Yogi's homes where appropriate. Please note that the Saturday and Sunday mornings will begin with the Aquarian Sadhana at 5.00am.
You are very welcome to join us for the training even if you live outside of Brighton. In the past few years there have been a number of people that were not local and it always worked out with finding a sofa/floor space for people to stay at locally, so don't let this stop you from joining us!
