...the corporate and charity sectors, having worked in London and Brighton, South Africa and Australia.
Ishwara is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer. She ran seven Level 1 Teacher Trainings over the past five years.
In 2012 Ishwara is running a Teacher Training in north Devon.
On finding Kundalini Yoga, Ishwara entered an intensive journey of self-growth and realisation through intensive practise and experience of the yogic spiritual path.
Over the years Ishwara has developed a deep understanding of the spiritual journey and its relationship to the different aspects of our lives. Ishwara is passionate about and dedicated to teaching, discussing and exploring the nature of consciousness, as well as the practical yogic techniques and building community. Through her own experience she understands the profound impact that these practises can have on our everyday lives and Ishwara is able to share this with people in a very accessible and light hearted way.
Ishwara is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer, registered with KYTA UK and IKYTA, the national and international Kundalini Yoga Teachers' Associations.

Ishwara loves to laugh and see the magic in all that we are and what we do and she loves to play the guitar to accompany the singing of sacred mantras. Ishwara is based at La Source in Rumont, France (nr Fontainebleau) but returns regularly to the UK for workshops, kirtan and to offer counselling.
Ishwara previously did a spell as Project Manager at Atsitsa - a holistic centre in Greece, taught at Cortijo-Romero in Spain and was instrumental in running the very successful New Year Retreats at Oxon Hoath in Kent in 2007 and 2008. Ishwara has taught teenagers at Brighton and Lancing Colleges and also volunteered with the homeless charity Crisis, at the Brighton Women's Centre and with the kids at the charity CCHF.
