The Amrit Nam Sarovar School
The Level I Teacher Training
Karta Singh founded the Amrit Nam Sarovar (ANS) School to provide International Teacher Training and a way of allowing people to experience their own potential. He has trained over 750 Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructors over the last 20 years and has run the Level II Training course for almost as long.
Unique aspects of the way the school works:
ANS is a network of centres in Europe, providing you with the possibility to experience living the concept of Yogi Bhajan that "there are no boundaries."
This means that in the five local weekends you experience a small group dynamic and then in the residential week you are able to experience the sangat (community) on a much bigger scale. For example, for the past few years there have been over 1500 students on the residential weeks! The week is taught in English and there are translations for other languages. The week is attended by participants from countries such as Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Spain. It is a training that allows you to gain a deep understanding and experience of what trust is within a group dynamic.
We see Level 1 as the starting point where you are able to become a true student through teaching.

After completion of the Level I training, you are qualified to teach. However, in order to continue to expand your awareness and experience through further training, you can continue into Level II. A Level II training is run by Amrit Nam Sarovar in France, made up of six residential weeks spread out over a period of two years. For further information see: www.amritnam.com
