Deepening Awareness of Self

6th to 15th January 2012

For centuries numbers have informed us about the nature of existence.  Their study can provide profound insights and realisations.  During the workshop we will explore the nature of numerology in relation to Kundalini Yoga and to Awareness of Self.  We will practise kriyas, meditations and chant in relation to the numbers.

The power of chanting specific mantras is widely recognised today, not only in the yogic world but also by the scientists. Vibration is at the core of our being so any singing or chanting has a deep impact on our being.  When we chant specific mantras this directs us towards experiences of the divine or more spiritual aspects of life.  The kirtan sessions will be accompanied by guitar and harmonium.

Kirpal and Ishwara have many years experience of teaching Kundalini Yoga and Sacred Numerology.  Both are Teacher Trainers and Consultants and have devoted their lives to exploring and sharing the Teachings.
